Originally, my experience with the hotel began a bit rocky as my small room needed updating and had some issues with the wall tiles. However, the staff were accommodating in helping me find more suitable accommodation due to my postponed flights to Alderney. The service overall was friendly but lacked a bit of professionalism. The location was a mix of confusion and convenience, with some challenges in understanding key pick-up instructions but being well-situated close to the airport and town. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a buffet that wasn't consistently topped up, but the homemade pastry was a delightful highlight.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely bedding, even though they seemed a bit outdated in some areas. The service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was very convenient, allowing easy access to various parts of the island. The dining experience was enjoyable, with good choices and timely service. However, some areas could use a bit of updating to fully maximize the guest experience.
